Description: The Skagit County Comprehensive Plan Map is a legal document and is considered part and parcel of the Skagit County Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan Map is intended to depict Urban Growth Areas, Rural Areas, Natural Resource Lands, and Open Space as described in the Skagit County Comprehensive Plan. Each of these areas may be further divided into land use designations. This data set includes the Skagit County Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map delineation and attributes, adopted by Skagit County Ordinance No. 17938 on July 24, 2000, or as thereafter amended. The data set includes those lands lying generally within Townships 33N through 36N, and Ranges 1E through16E, Willamette Meridian. Amended by Skagit County Ordinance No. 18057 on November 13, 2000.
